sparkle and shine

Towards the end of the week we're often feeling weary, and in search of a pick-me-up. By "we" I mean me, this week has been a gauntlet professionally, and quite frankly I'm pooped - phew! Adding a bit of sparkle and shine to our lives can be just the thing we need to make us want to jump for joy, and put a beaming smile on our faces.
